10. The forming wheels are not uniform and should be adjusted in parallel.

11. The long side of the mask is seriously welded. Low welding roller pressure

12. The ultrasonic energy is not enough. Adjust the roller pressure; check the ultrasonic state

13. The short side of the mask is seriously welded. Low welding pressure of belt gear

14. Ultrasonic energy is not enough. Uneven ultrasonic steel mould and rolling gear

15. The welding position is misaligned with the bridge belt. Adjust the roller pressure

16. Adjust the height of the ultrasonic die head so that the die head is relatively parallel to the drum

17. Loosen the screw of roller shaft and gear for several meters, and turn the roller to adjust the welding tooth position

18. The mask piece is continuously cut, even the wire piece 1. The knife is too high and tilted; the position of the knife is 1.1, adjust the height of the knife and the pressure of the cutting wheel; turn away the roller shaft and the gear for several meters, and turn the roller to adjust the position of the knife
