Selection of carved electromechanical spindle:

The electric spindle is a key component of the carving machine. Correct selection of the electric spindle is the key to determining the machining performance and stable operation of a carving machine. In production and research and development, special attention is paid to the selection and matching of machine tool spindles. The selection of the spindle is not only related to the roughing ability, processing accuracy, and processing finish, but also to the matching between the screw and the servo motor. The main feature of the engraving machine is the use of small tools and high-speed electric spindles for engraving and milling. When choosing an electro-spindle, the following main factors should be considered.

1. Speed.

The speed range of the electric spindle is 6000 ~ 100000rpm / min. It is required that the electric spindle should run smoothly under no-load operation, and the temperature rise of the spindle is low; the rotation accuracy is 0.002 at low speed and 0.01 at low speed.

2. Knife handle. The specifications of the nose end of the electric spindle should match the holder. The common holder types are:.

3. Tool change method. There are two methods of automatic spindle and manual tool change. The automatic tool change method must be equipped with a broaching mechanism, which will increase the length, and the automatic tool change method does not require a separate broaching mechanism.

4. Cooling method. There are several ways of self cooling, air cooling, water cooling and oil cooling.

5. Lubrication method. Grease lubrication, oil mist lubrication, oil and gas lubrication. Low speed select grease lubrication, high speed oil and gas lubrication speed is high.

6. Main power supply voltage. Electric spindles have different requirements for input voltage according to different power. Generally, there are two types: 220V and 380V.

7. Inverter. The frequency should be calculated according to the maximum number of rotations of the electric spindle, and the correct inverter should be selected.
