Generally, the water is changed once every three months. It itself has no refrigeration system. It should be noted that the water used in the water cooler must be pure water.

Oil cooling: Oil cooling will not cause the spindle to rust, and its replacement time is relatively long. It does not need to be replaced as often as water cooling. It only needs to be replaced once every six months or one year. Another advantage of oil cooling is that it has refrigeration equipment. Oil cooling is performed by an oil cooler equivalent to air conditioners, and its temperature can be controlled within 20 ° C.

Water-cooling and oil-cooling of engraving machine have different cooling effects. Oil-cooling is often used within 40,000 RPM of the engraving machine. If it exceeds 40,000 RPM, water cooling is required. The choice of water or oil cooling depends on the requirements of the spindle.
